Mr Floor in Bexhill is an established business, serving the town for over 25 years. Local businessman Oliver Saunders, who has run his own successful flooring business O.S Flooring for 13 years took over the ownership in October 2022 and has already put into places many exciting changes, with many more to come.
Oliver has a lovely story to tell, showing how hard work and commitment really does pay off. As a 19-year-old he walked into Mr Floor looking for work, he gained experience with a local carpet fitter and then came to work for Mr Floor. With growing his own business being something he wanted to develop, Oliver left Mr Floor and over 13 years built O.S Flooring to be a successful company serving East Sussex. When the opportunity arose to take over ownership of Mr Floor, and go back to where it all started, it was an exciting prospect and now one that is a reality.
Oliver appreciates all his local customer base, that has stayed loyal and helped him build up his business over the years and hopes to see many new and familiar faces visiting Mr Floor over the coming months and years. Oliver has always worked on the basis that ‘As long as you’re good at what you do, are willing to work hard enough – you will always be successful’.

Rich has been our shop manager for 6 years, and has been in the flooring industry for over 29 years. he offers a friendly face and knowledgeable advice on your flooring needs.
Wayne Potter
Wayne is our senior estimator. He has worked for Mr Floor for 15 years and been in retail for over 35 years. Wayne offers a friendly home consultation service and will give you the best advice on your flooring needs.
Ross Betis
Ross is our shop assistant and has worked for Mr floor for 2 years. He has 25 years experience in retail and really enjoys helping people find the perfect flooring for their home.
