In this Agreement, Mr Floor and More refers to, Mr Floor Sussex T/As Mr Floor, 3–5 Buckhurst Place, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3NY

Products
Measurements are given in metric and are a guide only, they may vary slightly. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude the price of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be Simpler. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking on the icon next to the size of rug you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept nearly all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. You may also pay using PayPal. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Pick up from our store is permitted for some products; the prices on our web site reflect online orders only. You may collect the items from our store and negate handling and postage charges however you need to complete and pay for the order online. Once you have placed an order you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You must have received a collection status email or phone call from us informing you that your order is ready for collection; otherwise the prices for the items you have selected (and / or) paid for are those that are in effect at the store, at the time of your visit / purchase.
Delivery Schedule
The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within seven days of order confirmation, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) EXCEPT where the goods have been made to the consumer's specifications. When a Consumer cancels an order under "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" the Products must be returned to the Mr Floor and More as outlined in Section title "Returns Policy" of these Terms & Conditions. Mr Floor and More will issue a full refund to the Buyer of the price paid for the Products. Delivery charges will not be refunded after Delivery unless agreed by the Mr Floor and More.
When an order is placed by the Buyer and accepted by the Mr Floor and More, Mr Floor and More will place an order with the Manufacturer. Some products offered by Mr Floor and More are manufactured by the Manufacturer specifically for the Buyer's order. The Buyer should note that goods are normally shipped from stock ( stock being held in our warehouse or the manufacturers ) in cases when rugs are made to order or are bespoke a delay between accepting the order and offering a delivery date for the goods will occur whilst the manufacturing process and distribution process is scheduled and executed. Usually this delay is between 10 and 30 days, but it can vary depending on many factors such as general demand levels and availability of product components.
A "Latest Delivery Date" shall be determined on acceptance of an order by Mr Floor and More. Unless otherwise agreed between Buyer and Mr Floor and More this will be 35 days after the order is accepted. Mr Floor and More can extend the "Latest Delivery Date" by advising the Buyer via email of an anticipated delay in delivery and advising the Buyer of the new estimated "Latest Delivery Date". This "Latest Delivery Date" shall be used to permit the Buyer to cancel unreasonably delayed orders without incurring cancellation charges but also to protect Mr Floor and More and Manufacturer from unreasonable cancellation of an order for a built to order product during the normal manufacturing timescales. When Mr Floor and More notifies the Buyer of a potential delay in delivery and extends the "Latest Delivery Date" the Buyer shall have the right to cancel the delayed order item within two working days of the notification being sent without incurring any cancellation charges. If the Buyer does not cancel the order within the specified period, a new "Latest Delivery Date" is deemed to have been agreed between Buyer and Mr Floor and More
Delivery of the products shall be made by Mr Floor and More or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at Mr Floor and More premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed. Mr Floor and More shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery and to deliver on or before the "Latest Delivery Date".
Mr Floor and More shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. Delivery to remote mainland areas or to areas outside mainland Great Britain will be subject to additional delivery charges. The Buyer should check with Mr Floor and More before placing an order if in doubt. Mr Floor and More will endeavour to advise the Buyer of any such charges before an order is accepted.
Where the goods are being made the customer's specifications or where the Buyer is not a Consumer and the Buyer wishes to cancel an order before delivery for any reason other than failure of Mr Floor and More to deliver by the "Latest Delivery Date", the Buyer agrees to indemnify Mr Floor and More against any unrecoverable costs charged to Mr Floor and More by the Manufacturer on the Buyer's cancelled order. In many cases no charge will be made where an order is cancelled before the manufacturing process has started or where the order is for standard products that can readily be resold. It is recommended that the Buyer requests Mr Floor and More to check the on the order status and the likely charges before confirming order cancellation. Where the product ordered is held in stock we will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within seven business days. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Mr Floor and More. If you require re- delivery, Mr Floor and More reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put it on a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. However, adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are never divulged.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a seven day no quibble guarantee. (See Returns Policy)
Warranty
Mr Floor and More guarantees all Goods for one year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and/or manufacture (Please see returns policy). If Goods have become compromised as a result of misuse this warranty is void. After 7 working days from the date of delivery, Goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependent upon the nature of the fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy
We offer a no quibble returns policy and will happily exchange or refund any product which is unsuitable for whatever reason.
However the Buyer must return the item or items to us, at their own expense within 7 days in the same condition and packaging in which the item or items were delivered. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
The buyer must notify Mr Floor and More customer services of any damages or defects within 3 days of delivery and must obtain a returns reference number by calling 01424 730023.
Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty.

Damaged or faulty Goods will be replaced or refunded. Please note that the courier will ask you to sign for the goods on delivery. If you have not been given an opportunity to examine the goods, please sign for them unexamined. If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged then please sign the delivery paperwork as package damaged or if you so wish refuse the delivery.

Any subfloor preparation needed once the old flooring has been removed, that has not been quoted for, will be an additional charge
We cannot guarantee fitting times, any times given are only approximate and are liable to change during the course of the day
Title of the goods will remain the property of Mr Floor until full payment has been made

Your access to and use of Mr Floor and More is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
Legal advice
The contents of Mr Floor and More website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. All material contained on Mr Floor and More is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on Mr Floor and More at your own discretion.
Change of use
Mr Floor and More reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Mr Floor and More shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Waiver
If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England courts.
Manufacturing tolerances
Only relevant If the order is being ordered from the customers own measurements.Carpet
All carpets are cut at 10cm intervals with a minimum order length of 1 metre. All sizes are approximate and manufactured within a tolerance of plus or minus 1.25% in accordance with British Standard BS3655. If your room is close to the nominal width of the carpet, please allow for extra in case a join is required.
Vinyl
All vinyl flooring is cut at 10cm intervals with a minimum order length of 1 metre. All sizes are approximate and manufactured within a tolerance of plus or minus 1.25% in accordance with British Standard BS3655. If your room is close to the nominal width of the vinyl please allow extra material.
Manufacturers guarantee on every carpet, vinyl, Karndean and Amtico
These are specific to the manufacturers and the product and we only guarantee under this.
